EDEN BOOK DESIGN

This project was a high-end real estate book designed for EDEN, a premium residential development. Remarkably, the entire project—from receiving the initial brief to finalising files for print—was completed in just two days.

I led every stage of the design process, including brand direction, colour palette, typography selection, icon design, layout, and production preparation. The book includes all key development content such as project information, architectural drawings, floorplans, and specifications.

To enhance both clarity and elegance, I used a variety of paper stocks, including semi-transparent vellum overlays for the floorplans. This material choice added a sophisticated visual layering while maintaining legibility.

Despite the tight timeline, the result was a polished and cohesive publication that captured the refined identity of the EDEN brand—showcasing not only design quality but also the ability to deliver under pressure.
